The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on PPC, SEM, and Paid Social campaign performance in order to meet and surpass company success metrics. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the campaign lifecycle from planning to implementation to reporting and renewal.

Though this is a performance marketing role, we operate extremely closely as a team. You'll have exposure to all parts of the business, and will be given the freedom and trust to own and scale various parts of our marketing strategy. You’ll also have the opportunity to leverage various media channels to reach new audiences and build a mission-driven brand, be creative about deployment of marketing messages, and further success from the data collected and the experiential campaigns you run.

  • Responsible for campaign development, management and optimization within various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SnapChat, etc.
  • Build relationships and maintain ongoing communications with media representatives
  • Demonstrate a passion for digital marketing by proactively finding and building recommendations on new ways to successfully grow user base
  • Implement paid search strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency
  • Assist the team in planning and forecasting performance based on historical data and overall expertise
  • Continually optimize acquisition costs, return on ad spend, and overall search engine, keyword and copy mix
  • Recommend new paid search tactics, concepts, and approaches to inform broader marketing strategy
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization growing at a rapid pace
  • Master and maintain a vast knowledge of the business, competition, and latest industry news and trends

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred – ideally in Business, Marketing, a quantitative or technical field
  • 2+ years of performance marketing experience at an agency
  • 2+ years hands-on experience developing and executing scalable mobile marketing campaigns for a Fintech or a startup is preferred
  • In-app campaigns (Google UAC and Apple Search Ads) experience is preferred
  • Deep familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition metrics including LTV, CAC/CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
  • Business acumen to synthesize data and draw conclusions to drive marketing effectiveness
  • In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies (Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest, SnapChat, etc.)
  • Interest in working with creative and design teams to work on performance and brand creative
  • A combination of analytical ability and creativity to continue their progress towards becoming a full-stack marketer
  • Familiar with analytics dashboards (e.g. Amplitude, Tableau, GA)
  • Experience with developing and executing A/B tests to increase full-funnel conversion
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Scrappy ability to get stuff done, roll up your sleeves, and tackle something hands-on
  • Proficient with Excel, experience with financial modeling and/or SQL is a plus
