As a Steady Member Loyalty Representative, you will be responsible for providing friendly, empathetic and professional customer service to our vast member base. You will use technology to track and resolve common inquiries and provide our skilled Product & Development team with solutions that will increase automation and reduce manual interaction.

  • Review and resolve incoming and existing member inquiries via Zendesk.
  • Respond to TrustPilot member reviews within the designated turnaround time.
  • Thoroughly document Zendesk support tickets with detailed information for categorization and reference purposes.
  • Complete Member Loyalty related tasks and/or projects as required.
  • Availability to work shifts scheduled within the Member Loyalty hours of operation Monday-Friday 5:00PM-8:00PM & Weekend 8:00AM-1:00PM. (Member Loyalty hours of operation are subject to change)

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a service oriented customer facing role involving verbal and written interactions.
  • Experience working in a startup environment. (preferably technology driven) a plus but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk a plus but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills via all modes of correspondence. (Phone, email, social media and chat)
  • The ability to transform yourself into a strong member advocate and become the Voice of Steady.
  • A strong sense of urgency to respond to inbound inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • The ability to prioritize member inquiries, (Zendesk) member reviews (TrustPilot) and outbound calls.
  • A strong work ethic combined with the willingness to fuel significant growth through internal feedback and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • The ability to assist the Engineering and Growth units with member feedback related to platform and operational enhancements.
  • Analytical skills to track and report recurring member concerns.
  • The ability to proactively provide applicable resolutions for existing & potential member issues.
