The Steady team is looking for a high-energy, analytical and creative Director of Digital Marketing - Acquisitions to help grow our current acquisition channels and expand Steady’s presence through other new media channels. This position is responsible for working within the Growth team and will partner up with the Partnerships, Product, Revenue, and Data teams. This is a critical role to drive first-time user acquisitions while maintaining the CPAs on target and managing the acquisition budgets appropriately. This position will report to the VP of Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale our current acquisition channels
  • Expand into other channels, performance marketing, direct response, social, etc with the goal to scale our user growth month over month
  • Oversee the creative side of the business and work closely with the design team and creative agencies to deploy tests that will yield positive results
  • Deploy new campaigns on a weekly / monthly basis that will continue to optimize our channels for performance while enabling scale
  • Ongoing analysis, reporting, and weekly plus monthly reports for the executive team
  • Manage the tracking and attribution of all channels to ensure end-to-end data integrity and accurate reporting
  • Manage any third party agencies dedicated to the acquisition channels

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree and 5+ years of B2C Digital Marketing
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with SEO, PPC, display advertising, retargeting, social ads, and more
  • Track record of building successful digital campaigns
  • Experience with MarTech solutions including Adwords, Google Analytics, Localytics, and more
  • Driven, gritty, and team-oriented
  • Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
  • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
  • Ability to put together complex proposals in a timely manner
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
  • Acts without being told what to do and brings new ideas to the company
  • Adaptable to constructive criticism and outside the box thinker
