Responsibilities

Steady is seeking an HR Assistant/Office Manager to join our growing dynamic team! In this role, the HR Assistant will be responsible for providing general HR and office support. The ideal candidate should be professional, motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Office Management - General management of the Company’s Atlanta office, including vending services, office supplies, catering, mail and package services. Making sure that everything is in place for the office to function smoothly. Assist facilities in keeping office areas presentable for clients, prospects and employees. Welcomes guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Coordinates with building to assign parking, office keys and building access cards as well as facility maintenance requests.
  • HR Support – General management of HR documentation and retention, recruiting, interview coordination/management, New Hire assistance, employee training and other special projects. Coordinate production of company events; source and secure and manage all aspects of event production. These duties can change on a daily basis; must be prepared to multitask.


Skills & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving, creativity, ingenuity, diplomacy, and project management.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity that seeks to question the status quo and look for ways to advance business objectives.
  • Must be comfortable working in ambiguous and/or stressful situations.
  • Must be self-motivated and know when to seek guidance; detail-orientation is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities
  • Organizationally savvy and intellectually agile.
  • Capable of building trusted advisor relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; dedication to going the extra mile
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and team-oriented spirit with ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization
  • Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to consistently learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer’s needs.
  • Experience in the field of event planning
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and MS Word
  • This position requires high level of confidentiality, judgment, excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.
