The Role (Impact Partnerships Manager)

An exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and growing Steady’s impact-related programs. This role will primarily focus on Cash Grant and Universal Basic Income (UBI) activities, where Steady is partnered with and provides automation and data support to many of the top NGOs and thought leaders in these areas. The right candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, keep organized across multiple projects, and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and manage cash grant programs and Universal Basic Income programs with non-profit partners and/or government officials
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally across multiple teams such as growth, engineering, customer success, and finance
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Develop and manage a detailed project timeline, budget, and work plan
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to meet program objectives
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop promotional and operational materials to support program creation and execution
  • Research and work with new partners for creation and/or expansion of impact programs

Requirements:

  • 2 - 6 years of project management and/or non-profit related experience
  • Strong familiarity with the concept of Universal Basic Income
